100%. At pre-sales stage, we work with you to define the work of scope for our expert dedicated to provide RCM supervision for your business – you have full control of where the focus would be. We do provide recommendations based on our findings from analyzing your business but the final direction is at your discretion. Once we set the initial scope, it’s not set in stone – you can request customizations as your business evolves. We strive for long term partnerships and are always ready to go above and beyond (the hours & scope when necessary) to ensure exceptional service.

We understand this is a sensitive relationship and needs to be handled with caution. If you have a preferred approach (us directly interacting with your staff, or indirectly through you), we are happy to accommodate. Our aim is to be part of your team as a trusted partner beyond being just a vendor. Our intention is to improve together and this has helped us maintain extremely joyful relationships with the RCM staff of providers we work with. We are here to elevate together and not to compete with your staff. 

With us, you have a clearly defined scope of work with pre-planned timelines – the experience is seamless. You will review the resume of the dedicated resource who will be assigned to serve you, before you sign up. The hourly rate of a RCM professional of similar caliber is well above $60/hour. With us, your average cost is only $30 to $40/hour and you get a holistic solution that goes beyond the number of hours and a partner you can depend on.

We are 100% hands-on and a comprehensive [Monitor + Act] solution. When we find an issue or an area of improvement, we don’t just escalate it. We suggest corrective/preventive measures and take the lead in implementing those measures, of course, with your consent. We will maintain an operational protocol on what our team is pre-authorized to do, and you will have full control of it.

For monthly plans, we will send you an invoice at the end of each month for your payment, so you will be paying after our services are delivered for the month. 

For annual plans, you have two options:

Option 1: Most of our established clients take the route of setting the fees upfront so that they can skip the hassle of making monthly payments. 

Option 2: You will sign a 12 month service contract but pay monthly (at the end of each month). Since with annual plans you will be enjoying a 18% discount, there will be a clause on our service contract, to account for any early cancellation fees that may be applicable. 

Of course, the 7-day trial is free – if you chose not to continue, there will not be any charges and we don’t require any payment details upfront to get started. 

Once the formalities are taken care of, we just need secure access to the systems (EHR/EMR/PMS/Billing etc.) and necessary files access (Payer EOBs etc.). We formulate an onboarding plan customized to each client and  take the lead with these steps (with your oversight) so that there is minimal burden on you to set things up. If there is a need for a secure FTP/cloud storage, we are happy to facilitate that.

We currently do not charge any set up fees.
